This hotel offers great value for money. The accommodations are surprisingly modern for such a remote location, with rooms that have hot water in the ensuite bathrooms. I particularly loved the veranda overlooking the finca, where I could relax and take in the views of the volcanoes. The breakfast included fresh fruits and home-made marmalade, which added a nice touch to the stay.
All was fine during my stay.

The best part of my trip was the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty. The garden was full of fruit trees, which I enjoyed in my breakfast. I also liked the hot water facility in the room, which was a luxury in that location. The location was very remote and quiet.
The worst aspect of the trip was the long drive to reach the hotel. It took several hours to reach the hotel from the ferry.

The hotel was absolutely stunning with its breathtaking views that left me speechless. the staff are super friendly and helpful in arranging excursions. the breakfast is fresh and delicious, particularly the tropical fruit and coffee. the hotel is situated in the perfect location for those who like tranquility and adventure.
The only issue I noticed was with the water pressure of the hot shower, which took a bit longer than usual. the hotel is a bit isolated, which means it's far from other towns or cities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were spotlessly clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit, juice and homemade bread. The hotel's location was perfect, nestled among trees next to a stunning waterfall, and close to a beautiful lake and forest. Transportation was easy to arrange, and we enjoyed exploring the area on foot.
Nothing all good.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful place, surrounded by nature and close to a lake where you can kayak. the breakfast is great and the pasta of their own recipe is amazing! Rooms have hot water and mosquito nets to keep the bugs away.
The quality of the beef provided for dinner could have been better, although the pesto was excellent.
